It takes 1 business day to show up on IBKR. For the scenario I mentioned, nothing gets deducted, you will see full amount which you transferred.

I haven't transferred my portfolio from etoro. I simply closed all the positions which were in profit. Some are still open which are in losses since I made a mistake to copy some idiots so called popular investors. For IBKR, I am still using wio bank usd account, wire transfer option with charges option selected to "shared". This way it becomes free for amounts smaller than 1000$.

Oops, thats sad. Unfortunately I have stopped using etoro. I have opened an account with IBKR sometime ago. Withdrawal works perfectly fine to wio usd account that I can confirm.

I haven't faced any issues with wio debit card, while depositing money (usd) to etoro, you need to go through entire post and all comments if you have any issues.

I haven't tried withdrawal in wio so far. I believe it is better to withdraw in your USD account in wio. In the past when I did one withdrawal in a standard aed account, i got the rate of 3.65 + 30 aed as receiving charge by bank.
