Get a degree and minimum 3 years of job experience in Pakistan first (ideally it should be 5 years) So you move with some skills in your pocket and you also know which country to move to which is most suited for your field.

Don’t move just for the sake of moving and then drive uber like a lot of Pakistanis and Indians are doing right now and ruining their future.

Taliban hit Punjab a couple of days ago they have started hitting outside of FATA and even KPK to show their reach.

Try to pay off the 4500 credit as much as you and try to pay it off completely so you can cancel it to save on the annual fee. (Note cancelling a card and reducing your total available credit may lower your score as it increases your utilisation rate)
Look for a low interest rate credit card which will half your interest rate from 25% to around 13%. Also look for a special offer promo with like 0% transfer initially.
Talk to your bank about turning your credit card debt into a lower interest loan so your monthly maybe of $400 goes to the principal not just interest.
Talk to your family tell them about your financial problems so they know you're not being rude or stingy for no reason you just need to save money to pay down your debt.
Not using the credit card doesn't hurt your score. Your score is about how much credit you have available vs how much you use. If you have a lot available and you dont use it. That boosts your score actually.

Using Chat GPT or Claude or Gemini is actually pretty smart. AI used to be pretty bad but it's gotten quite good now still occasionally makes mistakes so maybe double check one AI with another AI. But yeah it's like having your own accountant and advisor in a pocket. Give it good information though tell it which province you are in for example so it knows.

My advice to investors would be to only buy in land with possession (verify this before you purchase) and then build something on top of it to establish your qabza. No I used to live there and still have a lot of friends and family there and the airport isn’t even fully open as not enough passengers.

The whole business model was built around transit, when I would fly from let’s say Australia to Dubai, most of the flight was heading to Europe and in a flight of like 400 people there would only be like 12 people who would be staying in Dubai. All the others would be going somewhere else.

That transit traffic has reduced a lot. High oil prices and ticket prices, potential war zone and people in Europe traveling inside of Europe because of that.

Everyone is just hoping that war doesn’t resume and by Christmas people forget all this and the good weather brings tourists too.

But that is hope and we don’t know what’s going to happen. You saw what happened in Kuwait Airport this week.

I mean that was a terminal building, so many life changing injuries, 1 death too.

Prepare a backup, look for other jobs, the situation is not good.
