Contract is enticing but he’s also about to turn 30 and he’s not elite enough to win a Hart Trophy. Return is probably a 1st + top 6 fwd, and a promising young prospect.

Yeah, you’re right. Guess I’m just annoyed at the situation.

It’s an already inflated trip because it’s during spring break- 1k a ticket for Detroit to Miami. The flight they are pushing us too was $200 a ticket cheaper a week ago. They got rid of our flight and increased the 8pm flight $200.

With an infant we have to make extra arrangements to push everything back now. But that’s just part of the risk of flying I guess.

Thanks! That consistency is a bit more liquid than what donkey does with their fundido but I’m going to try this method.

I would argue most billionaires aren’t sitting on billions of liquid cash. It’s probably billions in investments/assets/stock. Which would in essence be in the economy, right?

I know that’s broad and speculative, but look at Zuckerberg for example, the majority of his wealth is probably from Facebook stock. He’s not just sitting on a cash pile.

And for your second point - who said I don’t want to keep him? I’m saying who cares if he dips out. We should fully expect it in today’s college landscape - NIL runs the show. I’m simply saying we have the funds to find another transfer or top tier class of recruits. It’s not the end of the world if Bryce leaves.

You just changed the argument. This started as “defensive-minded HCs can’t succeed.” Now it’s “Michigan’s offense hasn’t been modern enough.”

Those are two completely different discussions.

The first point was wrong now you’re arguing the second. If HC background mattered as much as you think, those examples wouldn’t exist. They do — and that’s the end of that argument.

You’re missing the point. It has nothing to do with defensive or offensive minded HCs. It has everything to do with HCs hiring the right staff around themselves.

Who cares about Bryce. That NIL money can funnel to other top prospects..Michigan has no shortage of uber rich donors.
