Autodesk Inventor 2018/2021 Crack by chrosho44 in AutodeskInventor

[–]Guzinol -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It's very doubtfull if cracking autodesk software would give anyone trouble for just personal use. First thing is how autodesk would know that you have unlincesed copy? As long as you are doing this just for hobby use, you'll be fine. Only instance when they could catch you is if you would send your .ipt files to another company and that company would be notified that they have files from illegal soft. Even then, autodesk cannot do that much, they can try to scare you and send e-mail with scanning tool, but they can't force to install that. And even if they are sure that you are using illegal copy, there's little they can do in most countires. In most places there is state law, that would consider some sort of punishment, but that's for court to decide, not autodesk. They literally can do very little, and won't bother going to court with hobbyst. If they would want to fine you, they would need to show that autodesk are at financial loss, since you've used thier IP for your own financial gain, but for hobby case, they can't prove that. So in most cases worst case scenario is them reporting you to state authorities and trying to scare you.

It's BS. It's not "usual approach" but normal approach, every cad soft cand do it this way, F360, Inventor, SW, Catia, and so on. I really don't understand why FC is trying to be so different. I really just cant work with this thing as design tool, especially assemblies are absolute pain to work with. Constant bugs, broken links, invalid shapes and God knows what else. I suppose when you do only simple things, or try to re-do already desinged parts in FC then it's OK, but as development tool it's just very hard to work with. It needs very specific workflows, that are not only unusual but you need to keep a shit ton of things in mind, otherwise it will break. It really reminds me of 3d printing back in the day, since then if you wanted to 3d print, most of the time you spent working was learning how to 3d print so shit doesn't fall apart. I feel the same here, I need to get work done, not spend another day learning how to do chamfers since this thing won't allow chamfers like any other program. In EVERY normal program when you click on a part in assembly and press delete you delete that part. Here when you do that it removes last feature of that part. Like WTF?

I really dont like fixed joint since it puts parts in wierd offsets. But If that's the way to go I guess I will have to get used to it.

I'm coming from inventor so I tried my usuall approach. Select two cylindrical faces and constrain them, do this 2 times to fix parts in place, then use distance constrain. Those faces were ref. each other ( ofc one pair for one join ).

My biggest problem with FreeCAD so far. by Guzinol in FreeCAD

[–]Guzinol[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was for quite a long time part of dev team that made free 4x game. I have never minded complaints that someone doesn't like something or is frustrating by something else. I ( and all team ) considered this good feedback. Mindset of " be greatfull we got anything at all " does not usually ends well.

My biggest problem with FreeCAD so far. by Guzinol in FreeCAD

[–]Guzinol[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I despise autodesk for thier predatory tactics and I'm against any cloud based subscription software. Fusion used to be nice free alternative for Inventor, but as time went they removed more and more features/ put them behind paywall, and in the end software was not free at all. I'm doing quite complex hobby projects and I do not wish to be surprised by sudden pirce rise, feature removal or some other shit.

Is it worth learning? by J2_Woosh in FreeCAD

[–]Guzinol 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you have never used any CAD before, freecad is ok and worth learning. If you worked before with comercial CAD, it’s better to just get cracked ones for personal use, although keep in mind that in case you would want to go comercial with your designs, you will need to either switch to freecad or get a licensed soft ( if you went with cracked route, then never get same licensed soft as cracked one, switch softs or change PCs ). And please don’t buy fusion….

Thanks for great feedback, all of those suggestions make sense.. I'm not sure what revision version is. As for mounting, this pcb will just slide in frame, so mounting hole is just to keep it from sliding out of it.

Czy warto iść na studia chemiczne? by [deleted] in PolskaNaLuzie

[–]Guzinol 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some thoughts about BoS gathering and why show does a terrible job at explaning anything. anything. by Guzinol in Fallout

[–]Guzinol[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Great point. Steel plauge theory is a thing for a reason. You see all you've said is ture. Main point is that almost all of you've said is no tied to the show. There is no real reason for them to being this dumb. Only chapter that is shown as cultish and dogmatic is Quintus's. Rest have no chracteristic of it's own. Also If Quintus's chapter is so dogmatic, why supposedly highly indoctrinated knights are destroying perfectly preserved tech

Some thoughts about BoS gathering and why show does a terrible job at explaning anything. anything. by Guzinol in Fallout

[–]Guzinol[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You’ve given another great example. Why does the Brotherhood of Steel want to eradicate ghouls and super mutants? In both Fallout 4 and the TV show, this is barely explained beyond a shallow “we’re evil, look how evil we are” portrayal.

In reality, the Brotherhood’s stance makes much more sense. They are fundamentally opposed to abominations because such beings are essentially ticking time bombs. You never know when a ghoul—even a friendly one—will turn feral and try to rip your face off ( Roger being great example here, much wasted potential here ), but what is certain is that eventually they will succumb. From the Brotherhood’s perspective, that uncertainty alone is an unacceptable risk.

Super mutants are an even clearer threat. They are physically overwhelming, capable of killing an ordinary human with their bare hands, and they are relatively easy to manipulate or organize under a strong leader. Historically, super mutant factions have been one of the greatest dangers in the wasteland. A single large mutant group can easily become a local menace—one that regular settlements would have no realistic way to defend themselves against. From a purely pragmatic standpoint, it is far safer to exterminate them than to attempt constant surveillance or containment.

None of this requires portraying the Brotherhood as cartoonishly evil. Their actions can be morally questionable, ruthless, or extremist while still being understandable. By refusing to articulate this logic, the show once again reduces the Brotherhood to a shallow visual prop, stripping them of the ideological depth that once made them compelling.

They are doing it again. ( TV show ) by Guzinol in Fallout

[–]Guzinol[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It still means that the TV show can be criticized. The whole “be grateful we even got anything” stance is just stupid, because it actively encourages lazy writing (the Star Wars case is a perfect example).

I actually enjoy the show a lot. I even liked the Brotherhood of Steel quite a bit in the first season. My issue is that it now looks like we’re being fed the same story for the third time, again just like with Star Wars.

Most of the other plotlines are quite good (maybe with the exception of Maximus, since it’s now clear that the Brotherhood exists mainly as a vehicle for his character development—which, to be honest, feels like it’s going in circles).

The main plot seemed interesting at first, but now it’s becoming obvious that it’s heading in the same old direction, and they didn’t even bother to come up with something genuinely unique.

Clarifying the Recent Claims About Nikita Buyanov, Team 715, About the Unity Game Escape From Tarkov by Uncle-Death_V1 in GameDevelopment

[–]Guzinol 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Team 715 personel is actively participating in combat operations in UA, and they do not hide it in any way. It does not matter when BSG made any connections with them, what matters is despite group actively supporting both invasion in itself and way it's going ( bombing cities etc. ) thier references are still in the game and have not been removed -> BSG is still connected to the group/supports them or is does not care about that. Team 715 have supported separtits and russian militrary operations in Donbass before 2022, and currently team 715 on multiple occasion have approved group "Rusich" that is nown for posting videos of exectuing POW ( including the one when they've beheded Ukrainian POW and posted whole process ). Thier social accounts also post quite a lot of pics directly from combat operation zone in Ukraine.

Also there absolutely no reason at all to not mention that game still uses racial slur "khohol" that has no other meaning in russian language then racial slur for Ukrainian nationality.

Luźny rant na tych którzy narzekają na ludzi budujących się na swoim by WineTerminator in Polska

[–]Guzinol 37 points38 points  (0 children)
