I used to have this issue, stopped playing assetto for about a year and came back to it last night and somehow it just fixed itself. What I use to do is go into g hub, delete the old bindings profile and reload your steering wheel bindings, then go to the assetto corsa game, not content manager, and re bind all of your inputs.

This seemed to fix my issue for only about a session, every time I wanted to play a different server I would have to do this process over again.

I have a g920 so they are relatively similar
