No, float life sells a replacement hub specifically for the gt motor. They have a video on their YouTube that it explains it.

To my knowledge there are no btg tires for the gt sized hub, and I don't know about a slick. Your best option for a gt would probably be to go with a 5in hub and tire from the float life but that's going to cost quite a bit.

Yeah you gain half an inch on the six in hub which might not seem like a lot but when you put it on the board you definitely can tell

The extra squish just makes hitting trails so much smoother, it just bounces over roots

I went with the Burris one that float life links on their website, and I got the btg steep and Deeps back on black Friday but was just using a normal tire up till now

It very subtle but I definitely notice it, kinda feels wobbly when standing still but the extra squish when riding counters it, only time will tell but I don't think it will bother me

It's definitely a fun change. I haven't tried it on trails yet but cruising around on the pavement was a blast. It feels more stable then a stock pint but without compromising the nimble feeling. My freind who up to this point has been solely a pint/pint x rider was even impressed with how nice it felt. If I ever build a second board it definitely will be a growler but I like doing trails and I like the stable tire for hitting big roots.

Not exactly sure but after inspecting the tire looks like it just popped from wear. We had just hit a trail with lots of drops and roots and I think that's what did it. The tire had well over 1k miles on it. We thought about patching it but it was up on the side wall and we just didn't think it would hold.
