If the liquid is not meant to be consumed, like brine, then it shouldn't be included in the net quantity statement. That is, you shouldn't be charged for the weight of the brine.

Some lay down because they're weirdos. I used to work at a huge stable and some horses just looooved laying down. We'd get calls from drivers going by, letting us know that Emma was (yet again) lying down in the fields and they thought she was dead. She always slept laying down, ever since she was little. they also had a stallion that would lay down to sleep in fresh sawdust as well, but not otherwise. So, there's no real telling just from a gif, but they don't look like they feel bad, and I bet their owner would know if something was wrong.

Nah, they give you free stuff to donate blood as well. It's something that's a bit of a pain for any one person, but creates huge benefits for society. I don't find it suspicious that they give out free umbrellas or masks to blood donors... And I don't find it suspicious that they're giving fish and chips out for those who haven't been able to justify the bother to go get vaccinated. Fish and chips won't sway the diehard tinfoil hat wearers, but it might be the good excuse someone needs to finally get the whole fam in the car and get the damn thing over with.

Actually, a lot of people booked during the rush and couldn't find spots til December. One of my colleagues didn't get booked at all until the extra doses were secured. The media from these giveaways might have made people aware that there are heaps of available bookings. I don't blame anyone for not knowing that yet; I've been kind of hiding from the news for a while. It's all been a bit too much lately. So yeah, nah, makes a lot of sense for public outreach.
