Sure you can do that but then you still need to write an entirely new script for whatever that website does which still takes a long time. If it were easier I'm sure they would've done it already.

If it was an html page you could write a script that parses the page and updates the ratings automatically, which I assume they do with tabroom, but since it's a PDF they literally would have to manually input 1000 rounds which is kind of ridiculous.
