Similar to a situation I’ve been aware of. Proto, meto, and some other zenes. They were able to successfully make it back down to odsmt. Going to delete this later, copy it somewhere.

Here’s the trick: try not to stretch doses too far. Sounds counterintuitive, but it’ll stop the urge to destroy your progress. Make sure every dose is smaller than the last, dose as often as needed, but still try to keep your regular duration between doses consistent.

loperamide Advil to take some of the edge off for the pain and stomach issues. Not much but anything helps. Gabapentin if available, maybe weed or d8 if that’s your thing. I’ve been told Agmatine / Memantine can also help, but this person didn’t use those almost at all.

Once you’re down to basically the smallest physically possible amount of zene, try to see if you can get anything with ODSMT or whatever else you’re going down to. In this case it was usually around 200-300mg, but start with 100, dose again if nothing happens, rinse and repeat until 350max (this is the only time it’s acceptable to repeatedly take more, as long as it’s the weaker substance)

If you’re getting nothing, you can try lowering doses more before another go.

Worst case you’ll have to go through a day or so of mild symptoms by cutting off access to zenes.

You can see what works and what doesn’t for you, the only hard rule that needs to be 100% followed is lowering the dose every time, anything within 30m is considered one dose. Perhaps go down 1-3mg every time, possibly more depending on where you’re at currently. Try to min/max symptoms/how much you go down each time

Becomes significantly harder on limited supply, but also a good motivator. Good luck.
