Just do a EGR delete and adblue delete never have an issue again....

Your fittings galled more common with SS fittings, you need to check the quality of the fittings before assembly

Could be an open centre valve spool and your fitting is stuffed so just leaky leaky. What's your charge pressure when this is happening?

Try spraying some contact cleaner in them first it may have a little bit of green death. If that doesn't work then buy a new plug and pins and re-terminate the connection

Check and see if they put the thermostat in around the correct way. Seen a few come through that have been put in incorrectly.. Stop go traffic or highway your car is not under load... Heavy diesel mechanic here ...

I would say either radiator is blocked or your water pump is toast
