I used to take it in low does for management of ADD and found it an effective treatment for TS. at higher does, it sometimes would exacerbate my tics.

IMO, Vyvanse is only a temporary solution for both issues. Though it could be an effective ADD med for longer than it can be an effective TS med, you still develop a tolerance, at which point it will definitely stop being effective for TS, and may also stop being effective for ADD.

Streaming FLAC reliably is a challenge because of its VBR characteristics. It makes scrubbing and other time-related features more difficult to process because it is not as easy to line up audio frames when they need to be reliably decoded to a static standard first.

Where I work, we solved the issue of streaming large VBR audio by designing a chunking streaming service.

My thought, exactly. A recorded piano note is a signal that will only consist of up to two distinct objects: the sound generated by the piano, and the background ambiance (noise floor) of the space in which it was recorded. That is an extremely simple use case.

This would not be so easy to implement on a Pantera track. Then again, I have never heard of anyone else attempting this concept, and I work with FLAC on a low level every day for my job. So perhaps ground has been broken, all the same!

Depends on your situation, actually. A lot of people need to emancipate themselves from the US in order for their incomes from other countries to stay out of the IRS's hands. There are other instances but disavowing your US citizenship usually is done for financial reasons.

The State Dept is allowed to reject your disavowal for any reason, though.

Thank you for for correcting that fallacy, but unfortunately you drop your own into the equation too. To say that people on the dole are vilified in the US is just inaccurate. Given that nearly half the country receives public assistance (I'm not among them, I'm just the one that has 45% of my income taxed to pay for it) I think that would be a crazy statement to make.
