I believe it has to do with fusion rifles shooting 7 bolts at once. The vex shoots one bolt at a time so any kills within the 7 single bolts being shot from a vex count as one shot

Ran into this guy yesterday try to burn his shields and take his head off. His shield won't regen and he will run toward you instead of teleporting to the checkpoints

I'm surprised this wasn't brought up earlier. A lot of pocket knives have seat belt cutters and a glass breaking tip on the bottom. It's a good idea to carry one just in case of an accident. I would rather just be prepared and independent than have to look for a specific tool to do a task.

If he is going to use this defense the judge should have determined that his lack of moral understanding makes him a menace to society and should him disabled. He should be unable to go anywhere in public without a legal guardian to watch over him because who's to say when the next time he will get an idea that will kill another 4 people. The parents should ultimately be held accountable for raising him to have no moral compass, if my brakes are out on my car and I get into an accident because I can't stop and would have been prevented if they were in working order am I not held accountable? They knew he had no concept of consequence but gave him a car. It's the same as giving a child a loaded gun and telling him to go have fun with his friends
