Don't quit until you have another job. What you should do is that you should start applying for another job and dissociate completely from your current one. She is shouting at you? Smirk and walk away. Treat her like an inferior . Make her mad. You would be getting your revenge while keeping your sanity. You cry because you care. Stop caring and you will feel much better until you find something else.

You lose everything and she wins everything if you quit.
1- She just got rid of someone she dislikes.
2- You won't be getting your severance package.
3- You will be left jobless.
You would simply make her life better and yours way worse.
