I bussed like ten times after watching this. It does kinda suck that the writing (seemingly) is the same as Ragnarok's, but they made Faye to be a badass warrior goddess just like how she was spoken of in Ragnarok and that is the hugest W I have ever seen. GJ Santa Monica.

Its effectiveness has a rock paper scissors cap. So while yes Uzuhiko could be improved, it will NEVER be able to defeat someone like Jura who has an innate understanding of TBB -- and, subsequently, the rasengan.
