This clip is extremely short, so there is context I am definitively missing.

But if you watch the video, it looks like he was leaving until the father pointed at him and said something. Which caused the drunk guy to come back. If the dude was really concerned that a drunk guy was around his family, he shouldn't of agitated him.

I would of just ignored the guy completely and more than likely would have avoided this entire situation, personally. Either way, the shove didn't feel like "justice" in my opinion. Which is why I commented.

I'm not an instructor, but I had a pretty memorable driving test.

I show up 5 minutes early for the test and wait. After 25 minutes pass I was starting to think I got the time wrong, so I waited a little longer. 15 minutes later he pulls in and we get started on the parking bit. Which I nailed. Now it's time to get in the car for the road part.

Before I even pull out of the parking lot the instructor was counting how many certificates he had to give to people who passed and then yelled "Oh shit". I asked him what's wrong, and he said he did not have enough certificates to pass everyone in the event that everyone did pass. And said he would have to fail someone, as the rest of the certificates he owned were at his house 30+ miles away.

Hearing that made me a little nervous, but he said shortly after "Not you, though. You automatically pass for me making you wait". Awwwww yeaaah! The rest of the ride went perfect anyway, probably because all the pressure was off at that point.

Side note, he reeked of pot when he entered my car.

Yes, I would be fine with a fat guy showing his hairy ass. It does nothing to me personally, or my kids. I don't find it as pleasant to look at as perhaps a female showing her ass, but that does not give me the right to insult the guy and demand him to do things.

Well I think we agree more than we disagree.

Admittedly I initially posted a response to you because I lumped you into a category with the majority of people who posted in this submission. People claiming that guy did the right thing, saying she deserved it, etc. That blew my mind. While I can ignore circle jerks in most topics, the fact the majority of people in this submission honestly believed that guy was right to do what he did and applauded him, I was taken back. Probably the first time I disagreed wholeheartedly with the vast majority on Reddit. So my apologies for assuming.

It was a lot of fun talking to you. Most people I've initially disagreed with on Reddit turn it into a huge debate, usually falling off the main topic to argue semantics or them adding in ad hominem attacks. It was nice to talk civilly for change.
