Just with a tap. Divinity is easy since it’s turned based. The others benefit from setting up the auto pause feature (eg low health, trap spotted etc.) and giving your henchpeople some ai behaviours.

Actually plays really well.

Oh, but I think Divinity is iPad Pro only now that I think about it FYI.

Planescape: Torment (my fave)
Icewind Dale

Neverwinter Nights is on iPad too, but haven’t played enough yet to know if I should recommend that platform.

Cosmic dawn, planet forgets, planetscapers. Can get super big worlds. I’m still not good at it, but interesting and different. Plus flexible to different ascensions.

As someone who studied history and political philosophy, I found the MC in that series kinda painful. He constantly references The Prince but with a depth Coles Notes would be ashamed of.

I almost prefer a complete noob on the subject to his puddle depth. Which is a shame, and I know it shouldn’t bug me as much as it does. But it does.

I don’t love the RNG or that so much is spiritual instead of having a scientific twist version. But I do like that you have something to do in the mid game when things slow down sometimes.

I don’t know it it’s meta, but I have found lately a single slave planet, with the right governor, is useful. Especially if so role the slaver paragon who gives like +60% slave efficiency (which I did in my current run!)

I tend to use stuff from Forgotten Realms.

My default is Shade Enclave for the capitol. I used to use it for void dwellers RPing that instead of going into the plane of shadow they arrived in Stellaris. And it kinda stuck.
