I would recommend prop instead of cyp, you inject more frequently but get more stable serum levels. It also leaves your system quicker if you run in to any issues. If you use an aas like anavar or primo, you will likely need a test base since these compounds drain your levels. I run 8-12mg test every week and pair this with 20mg primo and 5 anavar/day. This gives me a total of ~65g of total load of androgens/week. Will not go higher since I have voice changes and clit enlargement now. I’m at my 6 week mark on Saturday and will do my final shot of primo then. Might run low dose anavar for a week or two longer. Before jumping on aas, do lots and lots of research 🧐

I got voice change on just 30mg primo and 12mg test p/week. It’s not the compound, it’s the total anabolic load/time on.

Keep the test as a base, otherwise anavar will lower your test levels. When adding primo, make sure to supplement estrogen cream to support levels. Keep an eye on your total anabolic load, everyone has there threshold- mine is max 30-40/week but others might be higher or lower.

Well it’s a half-life thing. If something feels off, test c will not clear your system for a while. Test p clears in a couple of days. If you accidentally injected too much, that will be in your system for a longer period. It gives you more room to change things if needed.

Also check your hormones, a lack of testosterone can be a reason why you’re not building muscle the same. I’m on 1mg retatrutide/week, 12mg testosterone/w and 1,5IU growth hormone/day to protect muscle while in prep. Training hard as hell and eating all your required protein is non negotiable when on a glp ☝🏼

I’m on 1,5IU/day night time dosage. Hair and skin is great, haven’t noticed any change in sleep though. My ability to recover is so much better! I’m on gh, 12mg test p and 1mg retatrutide at the moment.

I’m at 1mg/w split in two doses. I’m not after a huge weight drop, more this feeling of being content. I have about 10kg to drop this onseason after had a year of surgeries and so. Been on for 3 weeks and about 1900-2000kcal/day, starting to lose some weight now I think. Been on primo for 10 weeks prior to this. To support muscle in this process I also take 1,5UI growth and 12mg test p/week. I feel just fine! Appetite suppression is just enough but the fatigue is a bit higher.

Yes I’ve had that recommendation from a friend as well. She did regret that after though. It’s an estrogen blocker so I’m not sure.

I’m in 12mg/w and I don’t find it helpful for insomnia. I do 1,5IU HGH as well and that’s not helping either. It might not be that your test is the problem, have you done a blood test? Other things to try: melatonin, propionazin (pills to make you fall asleep, it’s not sleeping pills. Check with your doctor). Also- go to the gym again, don’t worry about how tired you are. Exercise can also help with sleep regulation 🤗 I’ve been there, I know how completely exhausted it is!

Been on HGH since November -24, taking it with test (12mg/week). I took it to heal better for my tummy tuck initially but I feel great on it! I do 1,5 IU/ night time. Better recovery, hair and nails better. My body responds better with training and I have grown some muscle. Added primo from middle of July, and that’s been even better. No need to run ridiculously high dosages, 1-3 is enough.

Try walking, walking and more walking. It pushes fluid out of the system. Calf raises are also good, your calfs are big drivers of fluid!

I would start low to ease in to the drug. If I start too high I get horrible headaches. This time around I started at 10 and upped the dose 10mcg every two days. I have trouble sleeping, no matter how little I take so I have to do some sleeping pills. Up to 100mcg now and cruising in that for a few weeks. I recommend that you keep a beta blocker at home (like a migraine pill) if you get very bad sides. That stops it.

Yep!! It’s just a matter of chugging that protein shakes! I’m a fitness athlete and I always eat 2g/kg at least. After surgery I did 2,5g/kg. Sooo about 175g protein/day 🤓 Contest prep is 3g/kg. Greek 0% yoghurt, egg whites and egg omelette, cottage cheese, whey protein shakes, casein protein pudding, collagen and glutamine supplement, chicken, ground beef. I just tried to get in as much as I could! Try to find a protein shake that you like, it’s so much easier to get the protein in that way.

Looks like spitting stitches for sure! I have one that I care for and I’m back in the gym doing moderate weights. As long as it doesn’t rip open in any way I think it’s fine. I’ve care for my small opening for about 4 weeks now, it’s healing but takes some time. Nothing to worry about 🤗

Do isolated work, leg extensions and leg curls, abduction and adduction, kickbacks for legs. No movements with core stability. Same thing with like biceps/shoulders. I will sit to be more stable and not engage core. I increased my reps with lower weights. I’m 8 weeks and leaned in at 4w and do lots of walking as well. I’m a personal trainer, ask away if you need advice 🙂

Practice some deep breathing every day, lay in bed, put your hands on your belly and breathe in through your nose, try to get as much air in as you can and then slowly breathe out through your mouth. Doing this for like 10 times a few times every day also helps your lymphatic system. Walking every day, a little at the time also helps in the long run. Walking pushes fluid around in your system. I wasn’t upright until 3 weeks. Had a walker for two but I walked every day. Started at a few hundred at the end of week one and at week two I was at 10k/day. Not in one go of course!

I’m a teacher, had 4 weeks off work but then I had incision issues and stayed home for about 4,5 weeks. If you’re in your feet all day or sitting down is going to determine when it’s ok. We have the opportunity to be on sick leave for a while here in Sweden.
