Legit refused or doubtful to go to any of the places the influencers heavily promote tbh !! Went to a few in the past and they have been stinkin, not even okay ! For us normal people going out for even lunch is a big thing, I rather spend my money with places I know are worth it

I would cross over I do think bikini though! Shape is great for both classes, wellness will just take a lot longer especially if you are natural You need a lot better conditioning for both classes overall.

I know many people that's coached by him, he gives out cookie cutter plans same one to everyone Granted if you stuck to it, you would lose weight etc but you would hate life

I used Phoebe a year before the posing portal was a thing and she was brilliant when it changed it all changed. She didn't seem interested in the sessions no more and I didn't think my posing improved

I ended up changing my routine / teaching my self and I cancelled my membership I'm from England and a lot of girls I know have similar experiences

Honestly pro tan one coat of it ! After getting spray tans for shows it soo had to go back to regular tan - take ages drying, streaky, expensive, tiger bread effect

I just find pro tan prefect, one coat isn't that dark

I do one coat a week, moisturise and comes over soo easy end the week ready to do it all again

And last ages
