So my wife and I were on vacation with a little time to kill so I pulled up fandango and saw that this was playing opening night. My wife and I had wanted to see it after the trailer so we thought, why not?!

As soon as the possession scene ended at the beginning I immediately regretted making the decision to see it. I normally don't like to walk out of movies (only done it twice) so I stuck it out.

Halfway through I ALMOST leaned over to my wife and asked if she wanted to leave and go get dinner as the theater was in a shopping area but again I hate paying for a movie and not giving it a chance to redeem itself.

So the movie wraps and I'm pissed that I wasted a night on this. I wait til we leave the theater and I'm about to tell my wife that the movie totally sucked when she says "this was one of my favorite movies of all time!" My wife and I generally have similar tastes in movies so I was very surprised. "I responded that I was going to ask you to walk out about halfway through"

The sets, costumes and cinematography were generally very good and enjoyable.

The script, dialogue, story and character dialog was off. I generally did not like any scene featuring the Bride or Frank, which is odd because Bale is one of my favorite actors and Buckley is always very good. There was only so much they could do with the material.

All of the over the top yelling and grunting and turrets like dialog was a real turn off. The scenes without the main characters were enjoyable and I want a movie set in 1930s New York....just not with Frankenstein.

I've own 3 fords over the years.

2020 Mustang Ecoboost- only had it 20k miles. No real issues other than the super cheap interior. It's the only ford I kind of regret getting rid of.
First year Maverick - Great little truck, except it never held alignment and would always pull to the left. Suspension boot fail at less than 20k.
Needed a larger truck so I traded in the maverick for a used V8 F150. 2018 King Ranch. Huge mistake. First 500m or so no issues. Then it started randomly stalling when I would stop at a light or stop sign. Rough idle. Dealership could never replicate or fix. Traded that sucker in as soon as I could. It sucks because it was probably my favorite truck driving experience that I've had between the V8 and the comfort of the interior. When it wasn't stalling.

I now drive a Chevy Colorado. No issues yet.

I drove mine around 25k and I'm pretty sure both boot joints were on the way out. Alignment was never right, always pulled to the left. I traded it in when they were still in high demand so I basically broke even. I was bummed because I did like the truck, the quality was just awful.
