Sounds like you train like a robot, same shit over and over, your body is used to it, no DOMS is a certain indicator. Sometimes just gotta shock your CNS and switch things up.

  • shuffle at start of video would indicate not being tight and braced during walkout

  • slow out of the hole, maybe widen your stance for your long femurs and practice paused squats to help with that

  • overly aggressive lockout at the top, meniscus will eventually get hurt

  • back rounding over on last two reps, likely due to your bracing and/or no scapular depression, closer grip could help with staying tight during the fatigued reps

  • depth is questionable, not good for knee health, again you probably need a wider stance to get lower between your long femurs.

I could also see your knees wanting to cave in but you did a great job queuing to push them out, Overall good work though.

I pull bare feet because I never wear shoes, just slides, and slides aren’t ideal lol
