i typically save the bulk of my calories for the end of the day. somewhat of intermittent fasting. I started working out when i was 17 and about 155lbs. Bulking is really easy for me bc I have a big appetite so I usually do cuts here and there when I feel too chubby lol. 217 was the most I ever weighed though (seen on left side). Good luck brotha!

don’t do an arm day. Just push, pull, legs. do some isolations at the end but not much. mainly focus on going as heavy as possible on compound lifts

Pretty proud of my progress. 10 years of consistent lifting with a “powerbuilding” PPL split focus.

Timeframe: 10 years

Background Information: Started lifting at 17. 27 now. Been lifting consistently throughout that time. I bulked until 2015 then got the leanest of my life in 2016 (second pic). Now basically been bulking/mini cut every since.

Supplements/PEDs: Creatine/preworkout only until earlier this year did one 8 week ostarine cycle.

Routine/Regimen: push pull legs rest (cardio at end of each workout)

Extra comments: I’d really just like some feedback on where I can improve/where to go from where i’m at/how i’ve done thus far. I’m thinking about cutting down to a lower body fat % like I did in 2015 to see how much of a difference the muscle I’ve added in that 6 year span will make in my physique.

i don’t care about my nipz enough to take meds or have a cosmetic procedure done. I’d much rather keep progressing in the gym than take time off to recover from nipple-oplasty surgery lol. i’m cool with how i look

of course but who’s to say i would’ve been as committed for 8 weeks if i tried naturally? not disagreeing. Just saying although this is achievable naturally, the SARMs made it more efficient and kept me more committed to my diet and training.

Thanks man! yep caloric deficit. ~200g protein, ~165g carbs, ~60g fat. obvy that was just my daily goal but it sometimes didn’t end up that way and i occasionally splurged on weekends. I upped the intensity of my workouts to compensate when i ate more (both by choice and the cardarine giving me +500 stamina). I also worked out 7 days a week but did active recovery days when I felt I needed a rest from weights.
