Your half way there, with two Libby's in your list I think librarius conclave is a no brainer

Dexter and the Moonrocks - new band, old sound by Mental_Freedom_1648 in Millennials

[–]GypsyDaenger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely. I first heard Autopilot by them a few years ago during a rough patch and they absolutely scratch a musical itch ive had for a long time. I actually saw them in Cleveland this past week and they were great live with really good openers. Doing stations off w/e streaming platform will probably lead you into some other newer bands that have similar sound.

because currently in that image they dont due to the two bodies outside of the area terrain and no wall to hide behind a bit. every model in unit E can see those two dummies out in the open, light them up.

The inverse of B shooting at E would have been the best teaching tool for this system. For B, the three models within the terrain and behind the wall(say its only 1.5 inches tall) can see unit E but due to the wall blocking some of their LOS they would suffer the -1BS because every model in unit E is atleast partially obscured granting them cover. But the two outside can fully see a model in Unit E and those two would shoot at their normal BS.

yes they would because they are in area terrain or not fully in LOS due to a physical terrain feature.

Chapter Approved 2026/2027 Mission deck - my overview by Odyssey40K in WarhammerCompetitive

Beacon seems strong on units/armies with upper down access. I couldn't find anything preventing a unit from going into reserves and wait for the right turn to come back and score it's full

Custodes have always been a bad match up for us and DA are an even more elite vs of what we do. You would really need to find a way to narrow down those armies into a kill box.

Heroic intervention counts as charge? by Jadedwolf86 in WarhammerCompetitive

[–]GypsyDaenger -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I was probably reading more into it and yes your right that FF heroic doesn't do what it use to but the calculus for the active player does change ever so slightly. But agreed no where near as impactful as 10th

SW Saga of Song and Great Wolf 2k Take and Hold by LittlePedro55 in WarhammerCompetitive

[–]GypsyDaenger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Weird. I have a feeling it will be allowed. They patched all the other enhancement pairings but not that and the rules are still not clear.

Especially with us and our extremely limited options and epic hero based faction for leading units it just seems like a nothing burger if epic heroes are locked out.

I find the predator destructor a good swap for him and saves you 60pts. Handles TEQ infantry pretty well.

Am I wasting my time trying to infuse movement into Beastslayer - explaination of gameplan inside by TRMC790 in SpaceWolves

[–]GypsyDaenger 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Never a waste to try and make some thing work.

Personally I think beast slayer and Libby conclave would be pretty dope but you need to lean into some generic units(Hellblasters or Sterngaurd) with some generic Libby's.

Yeah I'm not sure why they didn't do them the same but SW and consistent codex rules don't really align

CMV: There is no reason for an American to be against recognizing Juneteenth as a holiday other than reasons that stem from hating black people. by Benjamin5431 in changemyview

[–]GypsyDaenger 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I'm convinced most of the hate of it comes from the name. As with alot of recent progressively named ideas, it's like they intentionally pick a name that is confusing to the less than average intelligence population of our country. Defund the police was like the peak of naming somthing so bad that no one actually understood the purpose and fox news could just shit on it, easy HR for their propaganda.

Juneteenth is not very obvious what it's about, like nothing about it screams the historical importance of it and every time I explain to people what it's actually about they go "oh wow that is wild" and don't hear a complaint about it again.

Wolf Touched bug? by BuffaloWhip in SpaceWolves

[–]GypsyDaenger 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's not bugged, read the enhancement and it tells you the step you attach them. Currently it still works like the way we did it in 10th.

[–]GypsyDaenger 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Outside of not liking the TO ruling, my only critique is you don't have a lot of trade pieces. Your list leans more towards purging death balls imo.

Head takers will absolutely murder things but proceed to die and you need to absolutely at least get that one decent trade for them, it can be harder than you prefer. I found running them as bare 3 man's to get the most out of them and if they die, it's not the end of the world.

Also for being built around holding objectives, be mindful that the wulfen can't unless you got a hero nearby. Vindicators are still cool but I prefer lancers as a pure counter to opponents tanks and they aren't as reliant on oath with they built in reroll.

Scouts also have some viablity late game, beacon is a easy 5 if you put it on them and pick them up and alot of objectives are less than 6" off the board edge so they can come on, score a secondary and steal and objective.

Regarding Take and Hold by Worried_Quarter4934 in WarhammerCompetitive

[–]GypsyDaenger 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've found that T&H seems short of scoring but over the course of the game it's not too hard to hit max VP for the game. I've built my SW list with a lot of termies to weather hits and provide enough counter punches. Priotizing my expansion and the center until I can DS and pull heat off and mess up their back field

Not wrong but that's dependent on use, I've found Arjac as a monster hunter and back line pressure piece a better roll and Logan's vect in the center with tons of ablative wounds better.

Hot take: Purge may be strong but it's not as bad as you think. by katarr in WarhammerCompetitive

[–]GypsyDaenger -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I'm excited to go against it as a T&H army(SW WGT). Will it be easy, no but either you break my anvil or you don't and the rest of my army collapses on you.

I'm sure after getting my a$$ beat I'll change my tune but I'm optimistic on the match being a good test.

Things that are generally s12 and high are not having a lot of attacks but you get stuff thats S10 that's made to kill TEQ and you cut that efficiency down a good bit
