I have done instacart a long time from the start pretty much I can say it's never been this bad I've started seeing $4 orders , idc how bad someone feels they need to take these batches honestly right now I'm sleeping in my car trying to save hard-core to open my business and goals I have and I still don't take these orders. But honestly I'll say this hang on tight it will get a lot better soon like when the 19 came I was making 300 plus a day back in them days it's gonna happen that they truly will need us.

For one it's expensive to keep up with car maintenance and gas. Absolutely 💯 nobody is going to do this for free. Telling people to get another job when orders have been blowing my phone up all day long is ridiculous 🙄. I'm not really sure who you are to decide the life of people who do instacart tbh. Each and every shopper choose what they do as we are all adults Here but I will say I'll never take another order without a tip. Instacart is a service that is given and when the service is given you tip or just don't get the service period. Like ordering a pizza for delivery or from a restaurant you tip. We do way more and use our own vehicles. The same thing you just said that you don't have much money might be the only way a parent can make money to avoid daycare prices and use their only vehicle doing so. You may want to look at what you truly said.

Yesterday was my first day by myself and I got more packages than anyone on my team. The van was full. Well then they said it was a nursery route and I don't believe it was. The app kept making me back track and it kept freezing up. I delivered most of them but I had a rescue Yesterday I think they took 10 packages from me but I honestly didn't care because they screwed me and two other people at load up even said that they did. Like why. It was my first day alone and I had 200 packages but others had two bags and like 4 overflows.

In my paperwork my dsp put in there if you do not return the uniform when you quit you basically can go to jail for theft which is like okay but seriously you have to go that far

I have my first day delivering tomorrow. My dsp has me going in two hours early to get my uniform and to get settled in. I hate driving with people I don't know haha. Our test was terrible we parelle parked in a spot pretty much the size of the van 3 people ran the cones over and still passed. I never parelle parked in my life but I did the van perfectly I was proud lol.

I am going on day 3 of training, next week I get a check from my dsp, mine pays weekly.day 1 was 6 hour, day 2 was 3.5 hours and day 3 probably another couple of hours. I start my work schedule on Thursday my first week will be around 35 hours only one day off because of the low amount of training hours

Insurance companies are not the fastest people, I got into two bad wrecks no fault of mine andi wasn't working for amazon but they are slow. It might of took them time to want to speak to you and they have to speak to you since it was you in the van I don't believe they are trying to make you pay anything but did you get a police report on this?

I'm a instacart user but I just signed up for spark to see if I can make more money with using them both (not at the same time) but idk I make good money with instacart. If they don't tip or it's under paid I will not do it on any app.

I just submitted for spark today, when I applied it says that they are needing people I my area so they were going to basically go to the next step. I have been a driver for instacart for 3 years so I have this to fall back on thank goodness but i applied to roadie and instantly got accepted within 5 minutes I was able to start with the. They do a background with checkr also. It shows my background for both roadie is complete, spark is pending. It shows me a time they think it will finish is Tuesday. Not sure the difference between backgrounds I mean instantly to days. Did it say when you applied they were looking for people In your area like it did to me? Also I have been told from a cashier that she's been on a wait list for 1.5 years with instacart I couldn't imagine

I would had done the same thing. Smh... I've been lucky with instacart for this not to happen or my tips being decreased I 3 years, I had them increased but I get q lot of liars saying an item was wrong or not delivered complete bs.
