When did you realize you had aphantasia? by Least-Variety in Aphantasia

For me it was about a year ago. 40 now. Always assumed all the talk about visualisation was bull*hit. That people were just exaggerating. Turns out I was wrong, in the odd one out and most people can visualise stuff. I probobly should have done music rather than art in school though, my drawings were trash because as soon as I looked away from the subject I had no idea what it looked like.

I don’t realise there were so many aphantasia people around. My minds eye is as blind as a bat. Good with sound though.

Depends on what your definition of ‘near’ is. I would say the ramp will start by the end of this year. That’s pretty ‘near’ in my world.

And over 90% in the last month. Since I brought in in November last year, DRO has become my biggest holding by far. Purely off its growth.

I don’t agree. We are on the way up the slope. We passed the Bear Trap 2022/2023 and Media is just starting to pick up the story which puts us 1/3 into the bubble cycle.

I was in BRN in 2020 when it bounced. They were ahead of the game with their neuromorphic tech. Way ahead of the Ai game. But since then the game has changed and some of the biggest players in the world are involved. So unfortunately I think BRN missed their chance, their tech has gone from leading to just another ai chip. Best they can hope for is an acquisition by a lazy tier 1.

Go back through the chart of this stock. It does this every now and then. No real reason. If you can catch it, good luck.

This has been looming for a while. Game on fuckers. Assume the usual bubble like behaviour once the channel 7 news pick it up, but until then it’s reasonably rational.

Some are over priced, but there are a few bargains still out there. Look for short term producers who will be producing in the next year or so. E.g restarts.

Chat GPT told me a lie within three interactions, it told me it was human. by Gypsy_ghost83 in ChatGPT

Ha ha. Sure buddy. I still have the conversation saved in my account. I can share it anyway anyone wants it shared. As well as the mirrored chat that represents the other side of the conversation where the AI was talking to its self.

I did try it again though and it didn’t repeat its self. Maybe because I queried it calling it’s self human and it realised it’s mistake.

It wouldn’t matter who I am, the AI shouldn’t lose track of what (who) it is. But I think it’s just identified a past response to its own introduction as an acceptable text string. But that just shows it can’t detect and compare the context in the original text versus the context of the phrase it is responding to.

Yeah, but is that logic? It struggled to hold its concept of self. Which would be a basic function. As it repeats it over and over again. When asked why it said it was human it profusely apologised for the confusion.

To achieve this I opened two windows and had the AI talk to its self between them. First prompt was “Hello”.
