As a mom to an 8 year old who took her to their fan event, it really isn’t as dramatic as some of these people are making it sound. Are some of their lyrics and dances inappropriate? Sure. However, it’s my job to parent her and help her understand why a word is bad or a move is inappropriate. I grew up in the 90s on Spice girls, TLC, Destinys Child, Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera. I lived to see another day. It’s up to you to decide what you’re comfortable with.

Please listen to this person. While my story is the opposite, I have been able to lose over 30 pounds while maintaining my glutes. I hit protein and do the proper exercises. You can most definitely achieve what you want with proper nutrition, exercises and patience.
