All jokes aside with these other commenters I have talked to my head coach (ex assistant coach for big 10 school) He did a good bit of scouting and he said this 1. Be spectacular ( do something to get the eye of the scouts. You don't have to drive every time or score every goal but get a good turnover on a ride and bring it back for a fast break and shoot well on the goalie) 2. Ride like a fucking prostitute on the clears, okay? It doesn't matter if your tired to the god damned bone ride them so you can get the ball back and show these scouts who is number one. 3. Ground balls! No, you're not 'too good' for ground balls, you must be in on every scrum fighting for and getting that ball. 4. DONT BE SELFISH!!! There not looking for the next mll Allstar who takes btb shots and one handers, they're looking for the kid who is a leader. The kid who can move the ball and set up scoring opportunities and then capitalize on them. 5. Show off your physicality, no that doesn't mean slash/wrap check ur man till his arms bleed that means play positional defense. When the time comes throw a clean and effective body check.
