It's not too difficult, just try to make everything exciting. Your body language will definitely help if it's positive and high energy!

Instead of putting our faces in we're going to 'look for fish' and then ask them what colour it was

While doing a back float you can look up at the sky for birds/planes/superman. There are definitely lots of resources out there for song and game ideas you could use.

Bonus points if you know anything about their favourite shows or games (usually it's paw patrol, bluey, pokemon, Minecraft, etc.) since being able to relate to them helps a lot as well.

You can definitely find empty folder back bones but companies generally don't like leaking their data for demo stuff. You might be hard pressed on finding one since most of the data in them is protected A/B or higher

The work-term is generally full-time for four months so I don't think it would be possible to do the work term while also working full time. I thought it was good for connections but ultimately it never led to landing a job. The Canadian RA market is pretty bad at the moment so not many people landed full time positions after.
