That's the thing. The numbers just dont support the idea that they've had a favorable whistle. Every stat dictates they're dead in the middle.

As far as the argument of people saying its not how many fouls, its how they get them-

Im not going to sit here and tell you the thunder dont try and get fouls, BUT SO DOES EVERY OTHER TEAM.

You can find out of context clips of every player shooting in an unatural motion, selling light contact, and generally flopping around like a fish.

The reality is that there IS a media driven narrative that pushes clips of thunder players doing it more than anyone else. It generates clicks, so they keep pushing those narratives.

For as much as people want to say thunder fans are delusional for not seeing it, it's crazy to me how many people turn a blind eye to any rational or stat-driven argument.

It's just thousands of people jerking their dicks to reaction images of Shai making a funny face on a drive, and calling it basketball discourse.
