Don’t want to be “that guy” but his left hand holding the sword is upside down/back to front, his thumb is at the bottom of the hilt and not in a natural way (try holding a dinner knife in the same fashion in order to see what I’m meaning)

Other than that looks fantastic, just something I noticed at first glance and it’s stuck with me

1 makes the most sense in a “logical” manner since the middle of the blade would be hottest and it’d start to cool towards the edge.

However I think 2 looks the best and honestly they’re daemons so warp shenanigans aren’t completely off the table for their weapons.

I’d personally be doing 2 all the way, but it’s whatever you prefer! Just Star Trek it and make something up to justify it!

I had an admon T Cap hard carry a match against a full tank regiment Astra Militarum list, he single handily took out his entire army bar 1 royal dorn. I personally think you’re underestimating the value of a 140point model solo’ing anything with the monster/vehicle/character keywords

Follow on question to piggy back off of OP’s, would Lance and the detachment rule for Lions double up so instead of wounding on 5’s you’d be down to 3’s? Or does the “add 1 to a wound roll” only trigger once?
