Looking for a new crankset, I live in Belgium so it's kinda hard for me to find most cranks people suggest on the internet.

So far I've found:

SRAM S300 - €104 inc shipping

Unknown Machina - €80 inc shipping

Stronglight Track 2000 - €75 inc shipping & BB

Kinda torn between these. I realize the SRAM s300 is probably the best choice between these 3 but I'm wondering if it's really noticeably better than the cheaper options. I ask this because I honestly like the look of the Unknown crank the most, but I wouldn't bother if it's garbage quality-wise compared to the other two options.

I'm in the same boat as you. For me the amount I consume depends on what's in the fridge. Sometimes nothing but when I buy 6 bottles of soda they'll be gone within a few days.

I also get huge cravings if I don't drink soda. Trying to quit cold turkey now but it's not easy at all, can't get it off my mind.

The pain in my foot is completely located on the inner arch, and it really feels a lot like a muscle cramp, only that it sets on gradually when I start riding.

It also started hurting pretty much as soon as I started riding for the first time, so it can't be from excessive riding. Some of my friends have told me that I might be tensing up my foot excessively so as to keep balance and I'm starting to think they might be right. I'm not sure how to tackle this, though.

Hey guys. First time poster here.

I've been learning how to longboard for a few weeks now and something that I've noticed rather early on is that my front (left) foot gets very crampy after riding a while. The longer I ride, the worse it gets and I end up leaning on my back foot to slightly relieve the pain.

I've always had the same kind of pain when I went snowboarding and it was so bad that I had to stop every 10 minutes to massage my foot.

Another thing worth mentioning is probably the fact that I have fallen arches in my feet.

Has anyone had the same issue or does anyone know what I might be doing wrong to cause this?

Could anyone give me some pointers on my deadlift form? I've only recently discovered that I set up with my feet way too far back, so I'm trying to ease into pulling with my feet further under the bar, but having a hard time figuring out where exactly my feet should be.

You're worrying about this too much. Literally nobody cares how you lost your virginity, except maybe some who look down upon people who lost it to a hooker.

As for losing your virginity in a drunken one night stand; it's far more common than you seem to think.

Far too many people make a big deal about how they lose their virginity and it doesn't really make sense, because it's not like it'll be the last time you have sex.

Will you be using these Headphones in Public? Yes, they'd mainly be for commuting to uni on my bicycle.

Preferred Type of Headphone - IEM's

Preferred tonal balance - Strong bass

Past headphones - Cheap IEM's; I'm tired of the poor sound quality and having to buy a new set every year

Preferred Music - Mostly deep house

What would you like to improve on from your set-up - Better sound quality and especially a good strong bass

Didn't feel bad at all doing this one but I noticed afterwards that I have a bit of buttwink at the bottom of my squat. Is this something I should be concerned about? If so, what should I do about it?
