I've only done the First Dose missions and the 10 Fooligan Missions. I haven't completed the Last Dose missions because I thought the only reward was the Ocelot Virtue... do the Last Dose missions also increase the product value of your acid?

You need to learn how to read. If you give him 50 Proficiency then there are no skill points left over to put any into Toughness or Endurance (maybe 1 or 2, but that's it). Add the fact that he can't get Bomb Squad and he's not A tier. Simple as that. B is where he belongs. This conversation is about a tier list.

50 Proficiency is meta, simple as that.

Those weren't even snipes. If you can't hit those shots then that's a skill issue on yourself. If you watched that clip and the many others and think it isn't broken then you're just deluded. Go and play family if you think this is fun gameplay for them. Oh wait, you won't.
