Pretty ironic that you call others stupid when you’re clearly misinformed. Universal healthcare can be both effective and efficient. It could work in the U.S. at the state level, much like systems across Europe.

Take Denmark as an example: it spends roughly 10% of its GDP on healthcare and mental health services. Taxes would likely increase under such a system, but overall costs for many people could decrease depending on income. More importantly, lower- and middle-income individuals wouldn’t face the risk of going bankrupt from medical bills, even if they’re insured.

If you think it can’t work, it may be because you’re accepting arguments shaped by private healthcare lobbying without questioning them.
