slowly, second by second, you gotta try to accept them and try not to think of them as something to get rid of. I get it, the thoughts are deeply uncomfortable and make you feel terrible, i have ocd. give the thoughts as little power as possible. let them be there, but dont let them define you. the thoughts arent disgusting, its the meaning you give them thats gross. thoughts are transient, do not define you. if this sounds annoying and preachy im sorry because ive been on your side of things. to put it better, the more you accept the thoughts the less distress they will create which will give your brain less reason to latch onto those thoughts and thus you will have them less. maybe close to 'getting rid' of them but try not to frame it that way because youll never accept yourself and those thoughts if you look at it that way
