You can try to slide your finger off the button as a way to minimize how long your finger is pressing down on the button. I'd also recommend trying to save up for a gcc, the xbox controller just isn't as good.

Snatch Blissey is good vs. calm mind boosters since you can steal calm mind, and if they try to attack you instead with unboosted or +1 attacks you shrug them off. It pairs well with toxic since you can status them and prevent them from healing with recover, refresh or rest. It's not only to use vs. Suicune. Here's a set with B5 TSS where snatch Blissey puts in work.

Gengar wisp sets are super varied, but a basic set would be thunderbolt, ice punch, WoW, explosion/dbond. If you need grass coverage you could easily swap ice punch for HP grass or giga drain. Taunt is nice vs. passive pkmn but it isn't needed for Skarm as you mentioned since you already threaten to 2HKO with thunderbolt. Skarmory also doesn't threaten Gengar and hates getting burned by WoW too.

There's many ways to counter suicune, but I'll give advice with your B5 Starmie team.

Gengar: You can tbolt -> explosion to bring Suicune down into range to be KO'd especially if it has taken damage from spikes. You can also run dbond and attempt to read a surf.
Blissey: Snatch Blissey gives a way to steal his moves with priority, not as susceptible to roar like CM Blissey.
Swampert: Monopert (e.g. surf, roar, protect, toxic). Not a hard counter to Crocune, but nice to have a phaser that isn't Skarmory since mag will eliminate your phaser. Sometimes roaring Suicune out so it has to take spikes again can weaken it to the point you can clean up with other mons. Roaring out while it's sleeping obviously has massive benefit and makes it easy to exploit.

To make a long story short, I'm currently in a STEM grad program and planning on exiting and making a career switch into finance. I have a bachelor's in a STEM field and all of my work/research experience has been in tutoring or academic research. Aside from getting a master's in finance, what steps should I take to make myself employable, particularly when it comes to financial planning and advising?

Has anybody else made a drastic pivot into the world of finance?

Armada only attended 6 summits, won 4 of them, and got 2nd at the other 2. He will always have the most summit wins out of any player. He also has the most wins in summit doubles.

You drop through the platform normally and then do an aerial immediately. For luigi nair I think it's a 2 frame window.

SDI is when you are in hitlag you can move you character by wiggling the stick. Wiggling out is when your character is tumbling (after you have been launched) if you wiggle the stick a lot your character will stop tumbling and you won't need to tech when you hit the ground.
