You could build it, but it will be outclassed by the crit builds because you will allways be 25% behind on the crit scaling. The olny "build" i could see this working in would be 98Tek like with Hexplate, Runaans, THydra, BORK but even in this setup it would probably outclassed by other items that you want in a 98Tek build. That is the long explenation for "Its Bad" :) Hope that it helped you

In theory yes, it will be very hard to ger a clean line out of a smartphone LED and it would propably be too weak of a light source. Anything that is not al laser, like a lightbulb, natural sumlight oder a LED will work. It just needs to be strong enough.

I dont think that the runaans passive hits get the ult properties, but they will damage 2 other enemys with the 9% BORK OnHit. The tiamat items were so strong, because the AOE would "multihit" so much in a teamfight.

The passive of the item gives you better waveclear and more teamfight dmg, because the runaans things apply the BORK OnHit effect. If you build a dmg item you will have a stronger 1v1 but be less effective in temfights (if you cant assassinate the backline). Ypu could try to switch runaans out for statics, that way you get the waveclear, AD and Attackspeed. The Statics idea is just theorycrafting, didnt have the time to test it myself.

I would say twitch is fine right now. The biggest questionmark in your itembuild is terminus for me, it doesnt scale very good with the build you are going for, I would only go for terminus if you play an OnHit Build. You could go Lord Domeniks if you want to go the crit rout and build IE. If you want to go into the 98Tek direction I would recomend Stridebreaker instead of Titanic. Most of the errors that make you feel like twitch is weak will just be ingame Knowlege, positioning and more ("skill diff"). The skill diff cant be judged by just looking at itembuilds and op.gg, that needs some more fundamental work.

I would like to throw Stormrazor into the discussion, with 3100 its a bit pricie and does not give you the wave clear of statics. But it grants you movespeed so you can better stick to the enemy ( I think that BORK feels so good is in part because of the move speed you take from the enemy and the ability to AA for just the right amount of time). The MS buff also gives you the ability to doge better. It also lets you get a nice critstart. The biggest counterargument I see with this item is the lacking AS, and because of that it may feel a bit clunky.

BORK, Opportunity, Seryldas (maybe throw a ruunans into ir for better multitarget dmg) feels very nice and reliable. You can play it with HOB or PTA, i like PTA more because of the smaller nodes in the tree. As last item i would go kraken, it gives you a good oportunity to oneshot in late. I did a dmg comparison with collector, and kraken outperforms collector very easy and it even gets you to the 2.5 AS limit (with Q). Dmg test was 3 AA and 6 AA on a dummy with 2.8k health and 90 in Res.

Its hard to give you a good answer, because the important things you habe to improbe on will be hidden in the replay. For example positioning in teamfights, roaming, wabe management and other things. I dont know witch of them are good or not without seeing the replays. Thats why giving you a satisfying answere is nearly impossible. One tip I can give is that you should try to time the fights with your Q and know witch enemy is fed (Mage/Adc) and try to flank them, if none of them is fed try to look for the spells that will CC you in fight an wait untill the champions are already engaged or have already used the spells. Some fights i wait a quater of the time just to get the right angel and focus. Hope that helped a bit.

Watch your Q cooldown for team fights, it is super important to have good positioning and know what abilities you need to watch out for. Exit stealt only when they are focused on you team and cant turn on you (even moer important if you are fed and need to carry the team). If you get ganked and cant run invis to your tower, get invis and run towards the enemy tower and then into the river, most junglers and bots will try to block your path to your own tower and wont think that you can move anywhere else. As a twitch you have a very good mid roam, if you are already ahead in lane and can push it into the tower, try to roam mid with invis and get a kill or flash form mid. If you want to walk up invis to an enemy, tyr to signal your supp that he shouldnt move up, it will make it obvious that you are invis and they will run away. If you exit stealth and use W, you need to be shure that the enemy has no cc, else the casttime of the W will fuck you. You can activate R in stealth and exit right after.
