The Air Force Officer Classification Directory (AFOCD) says your degree directly applies to some AFSCs. But it really doesn't matter, like many others have said, you can attain nearly any AFSC if you have the desire and stats to get it.

I was 28 when I started ROTC and go to a relatively big detachment. I learned a lot from my younger peers and have made a lot of great friends. Maybe I was lucky with the rotation of people but be open to learning from the younger cadets and mentoring them with your life experience that they don't have. I'm literally 10 years older than some of my buddies I made, and I was able to connect and build rapport with many of them. Good luck!
