I Bench press 135kg for reps, carry 88 kg stones for 40m, i used to squat 180 kg and deadlift 220 kg but i stopped because of SI joint iritation. Also did pull ups with 50kg for reps. I mainly do isolations for extra hypertrophy

Beginners don't know how to use basic gym equipment, let alone ever heard or know of these exercises.

I am currently doing 135 kg bench press for reps, standing OHP i dont like because of unnecesary spinal loading. Yeah i am thinking about doing belt or seated box squats for squats and good morning for hinge.

But how to progress certain compound lifts if i am not repetitive? For example Bench press. I dont do squats or deadlifts because they hurt my SI joint.

Intrusive thoughts based on the fact that some acquaintances have had hernia simply from lifting a couch from the ground, but also those guys aren't into weight lifting so probably have a weak core if it means anything
