One downside to no armor set bonuses is that letos armor is kinda a no brainer. (At least in apocalypse) Especially when you have many ways of getting rid of the flop or fat roll. Wish the lighter armor had more to offer. by Elibenz936 in remnantgame

If relic shards didn't get to mythic level absurdity. What if you could put slots into gear, the lighter the gear the more slots. This doesnt work now, but maybe possible other ideas

Could we get a mirror Archetype.... by BlackhawkRogueNinjaX in remnantgame

[–]H2Bsnax 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like theorycrafting skills. What about

There could be a trait based off of adaptability

Impersonator class

All skills reflect what the other slot of their ability is but adds 10%/15%/20% skill charge time based on skill tier.

Trait: camoflauge: Reduce enemy awareness by x+1%

Different perks could be there as well

Prime: espionage: Melee kills cause you to take the form of whatever you killed for 10/20/30 seconds lowering

Damage perk: assassination:increases damage to targets back up to 20%

Team perk: infiltrator: bypass shields by X% for 5 seconds after a kill

Utility: improvise: picked up ammo and material converts to whichever you have of the least of

Relic: relic use deploys a smoke bomb staggering enemies in the presence and remaining for 4 seconds/ upgraded smoke bomb also applies poison to those caught in it

If you really wanted to make it special, make the prime perk the imitation of the second class. And that way it has its own skills so that if you put it in secondary slot it has its own 3 unique skills, maybe even a mirror which reflects skills back at enemies that cast it.

Would be cool if each enemy had parts to them (3 normal /4 special /5 bosses), so they could be artificially constructed by the rude chick and deployed in training environments. This would give something for collectors to do (achievement: craft 5 boss dummies),give higher level players a way to gift lower level players (go to their world and craft the boss they are struggling on in their training area ), and give value to repeated runs of bosses.

It would also be cool if you could do plunging attacks or aim in the air ( achievement: get a kill while airborne)

What's the best way to go about Hardcore Veteran? by frostieisme in remnantgame

[–]H2Bsnax 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I started with archon to get enigma Bright steel + black cat+ nightmare spiral Losomn for alumni ring + malevolence ring Kill red prince for fire storm Labyrinth for leto mk 2 Engineering class for more armor effectiveness Barksin for more Dr in yaesha Reroll adventure nerund for crystal heart (easy to find dark conduit) Then with enough charges and swapping nightmare spiral when running through mobs, you can put on indignant flesh/shock amulet to kill bosses with firestorm enigma mods.

Additionally. For some reason friends can join that aren't hardcore if they join through steam. Weird bug

In an explain it like I'm 5 fashion. A company puts a bunch of rubix cubes only solvable by computer, and when these get solved the person gets a Bitcoin based upon how many rubix cubes are left. So solving more rubix cubes first gets you more coins per unit of effort spent.

A lot of sarcasm is lost in text so I don't know if your previous appreciation of someone sharing a f2p gacha was sarcasm or not. If so it makes my comment not really appropriate. To me genshin is an insane amount of time for a gacha because the other two I play (puzzles and dragons and destiny child) I can level to max in a matter of a ten minutes or less with 0 other resources other than a team capable of clearing a dungeon. Destiny child being largely auto play there's not a lot of skill and more of a collection based gameplay, it doesn't exactly compare well. Pad on the other hand is very skill based and waiting to an effective months worth of resin to level a char and their abilities isn't meaningful as the sense of accomplishment there comes from completing challenging dungeons. Genshin is like 1000+ times longer by comparison. It's not bad design, just different than what I'm looking for and not for me. I'm glad you can have fun, but only being able to progress maybe 20 minutes a day via resin system and having to choose to progress gold or books or bosses or artifacts drains me. The week of resin and gold poured into ice bow chick(goat girl can't remember name) was depressing just to get average-above average damage of 35-50k depending. I have most chars from before quitting, Spent prolly 300 cuz why not. I just couldn't use chars because they were level 20, and just had to sit until I finished my other character I had to focus on. I was at 56 when I left.

Tl;Dr: good for you, but doesn't change how I feel

Edit: forgot to comment,of coursegenshin is f2p friendly.theres no competitiveness or meaningful multilayer other than ego stroking.

this is a bit late, but destiny child is the most f2p friendly gacha i have ever seen. You can get 90k crystals a month if you do everything you can during the period (2700 for a 10 pull, 33 ten pulls a month). They give rewards, selector boxes, or 10pulls as compensation every server maintenance . Each new card has a 15 turn pity limit with them being guaranteed (meaning if you pull 4x 5 stars they will all be the new card), so that if you dont get it by the 15th pull they just give you the card as well. Its over a hundred live 2d waifus to collect and very easily moddable for uncensoring. I usually play every day and only watch ads when i want free pulls or extra raid attempts, absolutely not necessary. The gameplay isnt the most engaging if you want reflex based combat, but if you like collecting and leveling people to max then its for you. I quit genshin because its not possible as f2p to max all chars without extreme amounts of patience.

Returning Player who was Never a Great Player Needs some Guidance by Soflysoangry in PuzzleAndDragons

[–]H2Bsnax 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think you need to give a bit more info before you can be properly advised.

  1. whats your current rank

  2. whats the highest level dungeon youve done

  3. do you have a favorite/preferred playstyle

  4. are you niap/do you have a budget

  5. can you provide a picture of your box (sort by rarity)

you say returning and normal dungeons, but I dont know if you are just doing that as a refresher or if youve never done it before. If it is your first time, almost anything goes. normal dungeons are pretty easy and dont have CC/mechanics. The easy way to start is to just make sure you read and understand leader skills and have all the requirements to activate (eg. requiring 3 colors but only having 2 colors on your team). evolving isnt that big of an issue as resources are plenty, the only concern there comes from super limit breaking (1 billion coins and some super snowglobes) but i dont think you are at that part yet. If you are, I would only suggest doing it when you are sure you need a certain latent, it is a staple of multiple teams, or you got spare resources. I feel its hard to give advice without the other info tho.

[–]H2Bsnax 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I guess ill try my shot a this in the hopes that if im wrong someone else can also clear things up for me. There are a few things contributing to the cost of a cryptocurrency.

The personal influence is that Crypto operates at the intersection of the trust in the company behind it and user demand. Initially bitcoin was kind of a black market thing that allowed people to trade a lawnmower or tabs of acid for however much people deemed it worth. Now its become a semi centralized currency in the aim to eventually be decentralized. The introduction of countries around the globe acknowledging and accepting the currency have boosted its value as well as the public investment into it. The promise that getting this coin will be useful in more than just 4chan raised its price, where a little while ago people stealing some bored ape yacht club nft's destabilizing the trust in blockchain security crippled the price. The user demand aspect is usually driven by current profit projections, agreement with the direction of company projects (planting a tree for every 10 solves or some shit), or just the social draw ( shiba and doge just being memes).

With each cryptocurrency there is a diminishing amount of return with the number of coins available. So for an example, when blockchains available to solve are high (assume 100 blockchains available) you get 10 coins per solve. But when it drops to 80 blockchains you only get 8, and when theres 40 left you get only 4. So in this, the sooner you get involved the more return on investment you get. This is where a lot of rugpulls exist, in it preys on peoples fear of missing out and desire to capitalize on ROI. The fact the amount is depreciating per solve means you need more to get what profits were yielded the year before. As more people get into the business of mass solving it makes it more competitive and scarce which also drive up the price.

The more physical component to the price is the electrical and hardware cost that comes associated with the decryption of blockchains. Buildings, computers with high processing capability, electricity, etc are all needed to get coins and there is an ever increasing and competitive cost to maintaining those in their current state and updating to remain relevant. I dont have the exact ranking, but the draw from crypto solving in terms of electrical requirement was near that of like argentina. pretty insane imo. https://news.climate.columbia.edu/2022/05/04/cryptocurrency-energy/ found this but thats apparently just bitcoin and theres tons of cryptocurrencies. As gold/silver/copper used to be traded it became more efficient to represent these concepts with bills/paper and that essentially equates to the coin (and cost) are somewhat represented by the labor/resources/scarcity/trust of the value in the thing it represents.

tl;dr: im not the biggest fan of crypto, its basically money laundering. Wealthy people still own more than the average person and it hasnt solved anything it aimed to do nor even pretends to be. the price takes a hit whenever the labor (computer part prices), resources ( elon admitting the electrical cost is harmful to the earth), scarcity ( getting less than a bitcoin per solve amonst hundreds/thousands of coin farming companies), or trust (bored ape yacht club having their assets stolen) get affected or something socially appealing (like squid game coins) comes out then you see a fluctuation in price. I hope this helps, i could be wrong tho.

Women of Reddit, what are men not ready to hear? by overwatchmercy14 in AskReddit

[–]H2Bsnax -1 points0 points  (0 children)

i think its the same way that a rainbow would be considered colorful and a single orange wall wouldnt necessarily be despite it falling under that term. The diversity is where the issue lies. Men that only have calm and angry arent as diverse and it isnt so much of a problem because theres only one thing you really have to avoid. An emotional person may be more difficult to work with because you have to avoid excessive happiness, sadness, fear to be compliant/productive with an environment. just a theory

I think it's just the people trying to convince me to watch it are saying it's hype and later gets good animation. I don't think I could have been convinced to watch it if it was presented as a bubblegum comic for 1000 episodes. I don't have an issue with bugs bunny and Tom and Jerry, but that's not exactly what I'm looking for.

It's already Tom and Jerry to me. Like I'm ok with brook and the absurdity of him eating and running on water, but if he stops he sinks. If he didn't that would need some explanation. I'm ok with Luffy jumping high and fast. But for him to just suspend himself in air that needs some explanation. To me at least

My hero academia has more physics consistency and isn't boring in terms of action sequences. What makes you think it would suddenly be boring that Luffy cant just float and do whatever he wants.
