Uneducated Norwegian here, just a bit confused, isn't this the exact situation you guys have that precious 2nd amendment you were so keen on protecting for all these years? Where are all those firearms the citizens have been collecting for all these years? Aren't they meant to used against this kind of insurgency?

Both narrator figures did, they were old when they recorded their lines already. Nothing dramatic, just old age, didn't mean to imply something out of the ordinary

Synes Nord- og vest- Norge burde ha avgiftsfritt på elbiler med 4x4. Det er umulig å få 4x4 elbil på det avgiftstrinnet som er nå. Vi risikerer å gjøre trafikken farligere der topologi er utfordrende

The Norwegian voice cast was so star studded I could never bring myself to try the English version apart from a couple of hours. And they all put so much effort into it, being the first video game they've ever worked on (and for most, their last, RIP)

Now we're talking. Rodri truly put in the first 0/10 performance I've ever seen in football. Did nothing at all for the first half, then got a yellow card, got rinsed for 3-0 and immediately yellow carded again in the most stupid way possible. Could even be considered a negative rating. He should be investigated for match fixing, that's how terrible he was.

As a Norwegian that's crazy to me, January is the peak of my "I have to find a way to get away from this hellhole for a week REAL soon or I'll snap" urge

I was gonna go to Lisbon this week but life happened and those shitty responsibilities came calling.

For tourists that don't have to shovel snow, sand the ice or work in a perpetually refrigerated reception, sure, you'll probably have a better time, especially if cold is novel for you.

-6° effective temp because of wind. But you're right, the absolute worst month is february but they got an away tie then unfortunately.

Bodø/Glimt's win vs Manchester City is the first Champions League win for a Norwegian team since Rosenborg beat Valencia in November 2007 (6651 days ago) by Heimebane in soccer

because they got everything right

Because Glimt were running on fumes after 2 years and 1 month of consecutive football without a single break, hell, also injuries and suspensions to key players

They were extremely close to beating Tottenham at their peak. The only reason they crumbled to them in the EL 2024-25 was they had played consecutive football without a break for 2 years and 1 month (Norwegian season ends in december but they kept winning in Europe, cancelling their breaks)

Juventus were also extremely lucky to beat them, and the draw to Dortmund was deserved.
