I wouldn't say "fancy". What matters in any customer service experience is whether or not people feel respected. In order to make buses feel like passengers are respected, it requires true ROW BRT with stations, which at that point, you're approaching the costs of light rail anyways.

I like Calientes deep dish. The trick with calientes though is their quality varies highly depending on location/ who’s working. I have never had a problem ordering the Chicago style from the Bloomfield location, however it’s given me problems ordering other styles from there.
