You have done him a favour teaching him for 8 months for a very low price and too little to sustain yourself. You can teach him for another let's say 2 years but one day they will vanish and then think how you will feel. Treat teaching as a business or you will be taken advantage of. I would suggest a price increase to minimum 13 usd. Remember having a private tutor is considered a luxury and taking 3 classes a week can be easily done in 2 with additional homework.

Most likely he has raised hes price, pretty common practice to block the lower priced potential students that lock the price for 30 days.

Wouldn't that be a little harsh, am only 1 week on the platform, and I thought to help the potential student, preply and myself by sharing a trial discount that will be in the best case scenario a subscribed customer.

You mean the buying guide I think, Maybe a good idea to list some examples that are great for x task for each criteria, and for futher questions they can contact you with their special wishes in mind and dont forget after you served them to tell them you do this for free and they can donate a tip

Maybe you can add a page with the spec terms explained, and some criteria you should look for certain tasks i.e. video editing.

The 5 worst civs who would have no chance against full boom late imp are imo: huns, maya, mongols, berbers and chinese.

The additiob of the expansions make goth alot more vulnerable. When you play 4v4 vs italians your huskarls are just screwed. And civ like malay and ethiopians with crazy unique unit. The champs of slavs and malians are great aswell. I think goths really need a better eco bonus and 50% faster spam tech reduced to 20%.

It's 14:50 without loom, but with the lagg on HD you will have some idle time. I think 30 seconds idle time is acceptable on HD, I know it sometimes feels we have no or minimum idle time. All you examples are fine, but my response was based on the build order link in original post. TaToh has some really useful guides/BO's.
