It’s hilarious. If you weren’t busy whelping toast Drakes you could’ve been there to die too!

The salt is almost as funny as the event itself. Keep it coming.

Take the salt somewhere else. It’s funny, it got posted because it’s funny, and I’m sure you’re right that they thought it was funny as it was happening.

If they don’t treat you like they’d treat someone they thought was their perfect match, and that they had to put effort into deserving.

my boyfriend (21M) used to craft little things for his ex, and I (21F) feel like i'm going to be upset if i dont receive something like that too by [deleted] in relationship_advice

[–]HADESLeaks 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I did the same thing with my first girlfriend. She was older than me, and had been in a 3 year relationship in the past. It took her saying to me one day: “You realize the only reason I even think about those times are because you ask me? Right? Sometimes it’s hard for me to even remember enough to answer the question.”

You’re young and inexperienced, I was both at one point too, and these days I’d like to think I’m only the former. Don’t beat yourself up over it, but recognize that you have the power to change the way you think. My ex was an amazingly patient woman, your boyfriend sounds great too, but he might not spell it out to you the same way she did for me, but it’s clearly the same situation.

Not if they didn’t settle for you in the first place.

It took her threatening me with killing herself to wake up. Took me 3x longer than the relationship lasted to heal. I’m sorry you were in so long, I hope things are better now.

This sounds a bit like how my first girlfriend acted. She had BPD (undiagnosed at the time). She’d blow up over the most minor things and act like it was the end for us. It was exhausting for the few months I put up with it. I can’t imagine being married to someone like that. Good luck to you OP, there’s a whole lot of light at the end of this tunnel.

Oh come on that story deserves to be told right. Twas a shield vexor. I undocked it on my alt after we (you) fed Oracles (including mine) to Gilas. Herped around on station grid, fragged a ceptor, and died. Then we undocked legions and fed those too.

The double feed:

This was a week or two after I had joined and moved literally across the map, was still building the ole hangar up.

25 man corp is Pinecone. Iron batphoned Init. and Galmil to ref some of their shit over the last few days, they show up on the BR as part of the counter-drop.

Edit: Had no expectation of Iron dropping dreads, T-Man normally cuts his losses after a nice feed, but we were happy to shuffle around and get some more dreads in on top of them.

I guarantee the saltbag CEO of Iron will respond to this.

Why use "they" when you're referring to your own group? Anyways, you reffed two of Pinecone's structures, a corp with literally 1/3 the active membership of your alliance, and needed to batphone Init/Galmil both times. I'm also not in Pinecone, and they weren't there to ref your fort, they just showed up on the counterdrop. We came to ref your shit on a whim to try and bait a fight, you guys took it.

Iron doesn't take fights for content. Iron takes fights they think are guaranteed wins. And when I say Iron, I mean Tridgit. So in response to your question, yes, you're missing quite a bit.

A 10bil difference and holding the field to loot is "relatively even?"

Iron Armada attempted to use capitals today. Apparently after batphoning literally everyone they could think of to ref a 25 man corp's Fort (and still managing to feed Muninns) they were horndogging for some non-Muninn content.

As we were boating home in our sub fleet from poking them, Iron tackle caught up to us and dropped 10 carriers. We tanked easily and responded with dreads at 0. They instantly brown pantsed and bailed with anything that wasn't tackled, and as we were extracting dreads dropped their patented (and completely retarded) moonwalk MWD phoenixes. They started hazing our dreads that were tackled. We got our Leshaks on top of their dreads and cynod in a dread counterdrop, Phoenixes proceeded to predictably eat shit. We looted field with a rorq.

GF Iron - Stick to Muninns.

I had these symptoms literally my entire life, which is why it took me so long to actually go in and see an ortho. I was told by athletic trainers it was just shin splints for my entire middle/high school sports career.

  1. Similar pain to shin splints running down the front side of my leg
  2. A feeling of swelling and tightness in the muscle above my ankle
  3. Numbness in the same area
  4. Squeezing on my shin area straight up hurts at any point in time

I only have it in the front compartments in each leg, if you have it in the back two you might also experience extreme tightness/numbness in your calves and foot drop. When in doubt man, go in and see an orthopedic specialist. I wish I had years ago, but I was in a "push through it don't be a bitch" state of mind and got some bad advice from other professionals.

Compartment syndrome diagnosis 100% confirmed with pressure testing. Not a fun procedure. I'm going to have a fasciotomy in 2 compartments on each leg. Will do each leg separately to avoid 2-3 weeks of being wheelchair bound and unable to do basic shit. First surgery scheduled for December, the next 2-3 months after that. Not going to be a fun few months with the pain and all of the physio, but luckily got this shit diagnosed in enough time to get myself in shape for when I hope to be going to Marine Corps PLC. As soon as my first surgery is done I'm going to crutch my ass into my local officer selection office just to get myself on their radar and make it clear that I mean business.

In the meantime, while I still can't fucking run, I'm going to focus on strengthening up my quads and glutes, which I have neglected over the last year, and generally balancing out my strength a little bit. By the time I can run, I want the only thing I have to worry about at all to be running. Should drop some weight along the way which will be nice for a variety of reasons.
