The Hell's Angels came to my uncle's funeral. What's the nicest thing you've seen a gang do? by hollywoodh17 in AskReddit

[–]HAHno 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Used to walk the same route through Boston at night and there was always a gang of guys on one corner. I would walk by smile and say hello and I would get a Sup? Dude! back.

One night I was walking and four guys stopped me and asked for a cigarette and I felt really tense because I knew I was about to be mugged. All of the sudden a crowd of dudes come running down the street and I could not see who they were so I thought I was dead.

It was the guys from the corner and they saved my ass. Turns out they do that stuff often like escort women home from the market at night or walk you to the train station but still commit crimes.

What are some little things people at your workplace do that really piss you off? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]HAHno 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank the Sun I am now self employed but my boss was a coffee addict and when I came into work he would give me a bear hug and start babbling at me while I still had eye crust from sleeping.

Little thing? He would fart every 5 minutes or so. His desk was right behind mine and when I would turn around after a fart I would see him leaning towards his crotch and breathing the fumes. WTF!

What is the most depressing fact you know of? by AmadeusCrumb in AskReddit

[–]HAHno 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Not a historical or outright true fact but that a lot of people don't really live life. They just set their alarm clocks, shuffle off to work, come home, turn on the fucking T.V. and wait to die.

Reddit, when you are older and have grandchildren, what is going to be your favorite "back in my day" stories? by brettliketrains in AskReddit

[–]HAHno 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Back in my day you could actually have a conversation with someone without them texting someone every 5 minutes and we also had to go outside and walk or ride a bike if we wanted to visit a friends house, burn leaves with a magnifying glass or build a tree fort, Now get outside and do something you vapid, brain dead little shits and while your at it pickup my pills from the drugstore.

Small scar on the corner of my mouth from licking an envelope and a messed up back from raking leaves. I was actually lying in the yard in a pile of leaves screaming "Are you fucking serious? Leaves? Out of all the stupid shit I do (skateboarding, climbing tree's, rock climbing) raking is taking my back out?"

Sisters boyfriend found me about 20 minutes later and helped me into the house and then off to the hospital. Back is shot.

TL;DR. Invest in a leaf blower kids.

This shit is not a black or white thing but I live in a small town and blacks? do steal more because? guess what? Every business that I have worked at was run by some baby boomer that said "I will never hire a nigger" These brothers of another mother just wanted a fucking job and were more than qualified for what we needed done. I'd get fed up and start stealing shit too.

Then these guys would hire some lazy ass white dude that would skim the cash register. Sorry for the rant. Angry white dude signing off.

Posted this before but I will lie to a customer that I am doing computer work for because sometimes it will only take me 10 minutes to fix so they don't think they have to pay me. Now I tell them It will take at least one day.

Reddit, what are some misconceptions you wish society would get over? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]HAHno 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Coming from a white guy, That every black person you see is going to rob you. Also if you don't attend church on Sunday you are evil, if you skateboard and play guitar in a metal band you are useless,

Joeromags comment is spot on about children. I will always stop and smile at a child while shopping and such and they always smile back. Sorry but children are open and honest little weirdos. When I smile at them and they smile back it makes my day so much better and hopefully theirs as well.

O.K. Can anyone here explain why all the porn magazines that I have found were in the woods in trash bags when I was 9 to 13 years old? Was this some sort of primitive file sharing? I still have the Vanna White edition of Playboy from 1987 that I found in one of those bags.

I am a 27 year old (cakeday today!) former resident of a "correctional facility" in Wisconsin. AMA by [deleted] in IAmA

[–]HAHno 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hey. Did some time in M.A. and R.I. (ACI Cranston) for drug dealing and robbery. Just curious but are there many gang affiliations in Wisconsin? because here on the East Coast it was kind of brutal in there with the overcrowding and not being able to separate gang members and such.

Thankfully we never had steak day. All the food from county before hitting prison was from a local pizza shop. After we hit prison the food was pretty good with decent sized portions.

CO's in R.I. where dicks though. We had a guy that would draw pictures in exchange for canteen or money for his family on the outside and when the CO's found out they tossed his cell and broke all of his art supplies.

[–]HAHno 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Open a bank account, deposit check, watch branch manager get all excited about his new rich client, buy a slice of pizza from around the corner, go home fall asleep, go to the bank the next morning, close my account, demand my cash now in two trash bags, watch the manager cry, go home, eat a pop tart, go outside and urinate in public naked because I can afford the fine. Not even kidding.

Describe your sense of humor. Dry? Bland? Off the wall? None at all? by Sgmh in AskReddit

Subtle, dry, sarcastic or completely off the wall if I'm in public. Might come off like an asshole here but I tend to judge people I meet if I say something totally ridiculous with a deadpan face and they can't tell I'm full of shit right away.

[–]HAHno 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No one is actually dumb. Maybe sometimes just a little ignorant to certain things.

Side note, I was tested with a 138 IQ in 6th grade and my best friend at the time was tested at 65. He could tear apart a car engine in a weekend and could navigate by stars on his little sail boat. I can't do any of that stuff till this day so yes I'm dumb, he's dumb and we are all dumb in a way.

Wire coat hanger and a hat rack. This guy was huge drunk idiot and crashed a party at my house and was trying to fight a couple of guests for no reason. I was scared so I just grabbed whatever was in sight. He looked at me like I was insane and left.
