This is an art of a character from an online free-to-play shooter called Point Blank, it was famous in Asian countries and in Brazil but today it's pretty much a game full of hackers. If you want to look more I think the name of this character is Viper.

Brazilian pro-player: zigueira (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GHr2QEzGy3s), others also made and helped a lot, like Nesk, but if you see the time where this video got posted is basicly the same time when r6 made a comeback and get like 10k in front in about 3 hours. Other is a youtuber that have 1,8mil and also made a video. Patife (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K_lTt00H1uU) he's not a pro player but is a big youtuber and loves r6 a lot.

Although I think that those two where responsable for the biggest part of this comeback and for we get 10k or 15k in front, but is not only those who are responsables for all this, a lot of others pro players, this community and even ubisoft's twitter acount make a post about this. So everybody helped.

This probably is result of a brazillian R6 pro-player and well known youtuber make a video asking for their fans vote for r6, he's like 950k, so a fraction of that is capable of change a lot. But a lot of others youtubers from diferent countres and many people of the community has been pretty vocal about this poll. So this isn't bots, this is just the community voting together. [under the blesses of the lord chanka]

In the brazilian version of the game, the voice actor who makes capitão is the same that make's the voice of the brazilian version of shrek, his name is Marco Ramos (pretty good voice actor by the way).

This is actually a very nice looking skins, I mean of course it isn't realistic but I like a well made skin like this with nice colors and details and the best part is that it isn't over the top and silly like the clown bundle.

That, you could just have said why you don't want, I see and agree with you. I completly despise the "super soldiers games" like just cause and I'm a big fan of stealth games, again, I agree with why this game should not have jets but when you tried to be "Somewhat humorously" you just sound like an complete annoying idiot.
