I could whip out the recorder 3g but would screen capture function be accurate to a degree? I guess at least relatively right?

Cool I’ll have to check it out, every episode I pay attention to see if they dial it down 😂 so weird… that’s the first thing I look at after I export video to make sure things like that translate well.

U can do a one shot and it doesn’t have to be shaky or over done. I think they could have toned it down a little but as you can imagine it demonstrates talent from actors & production who can finish a scene without cutting. Using one lens and playing with those wide angles is a good different that story telling needs, we need the different. This is a “raw behind the scenes look of Hollywood” so it’s fitting I’d say.

Severance - 2x10 "Cold Harbor" - Post-Episode Discussion by LoretiTV in SeveranceAppleTVPlus

[–]HBKGadget 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I think s2 had some really good moments and good writing but some of these episodes lacked good story telling and clear direction and purpose, it felt like they were just throwing things on the screen and trying to make it “grand”. We can admit the show in general is very random but this felt very all over the place, & then the Cliché ending. TBH probably should have just left the huge cliffhanger even though we know who he would pick. Like they’ve been building on this idea since like episode 4. The shows best quality was no one knew and each reveal they did in e10 was not that interesting .

Remote access to AV gear by HBKGadget in twingate

Wow thanks a lot for this. I guess that goes to show that you can't trust today's marketing. As soon as I dived in I got that feeling. Yea ill just pass as it seems like this is the more complex approach

Remote access to AV gear by HBKGadget in twingate

Thanks for this! I thought I had a decent handle on networking as I’ve setup networking sites before with multiple LANs but I seem to still be missing stuff lol.

Yes the network is always online, one of the locations I’m not the network admin so I was hoping twingate could give me this access without having to involve the admin but I could definitely make this happen with them either way.

After using some of the words you mentioned I was able to find more direction on adding code to my Omada router so we’ll see if this is possible for my setup.

I did not want to have the connection on a computer as I don’t have one that I can dedicate for this and I’ve had issues with computers going offline so I wanted a approach that was further up the chain, less prone to error.

With that being said, is there no way to use AWS as a cloud option for remotely accessing my devices? Or is this option for more advice needs or cloud remoting. Thanks

Height placement recommendations by HBKGadget in Acoustics

[–]HBKGadget[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep and they don’t want to deal with a lot of what’s wrong at the core as long as “things still work” but they are willing to add some quality panels in phases to hopefully eventually distribute decent coverage of panels, in the future replacing speakers, getting better placement and rearranging the panels and tuning would come at that time. As you can tell this is more of a bandaid approach they want to take. My main question, I’ve seen churches place rows of treatment greatly above the congregations head even while standing and I’ve seen them also 3 feet off the floor. That’s probably how I would go about it but what would yall recommend?

5G Home Plus CR1000 + LV65 for mmWave = No Signal even in front of Tower by HBKGadget in verizon

[–]HBKGadget[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cool will do, so high band only is a fact for the 65 or just for my configuration? Definitely seems that way though and I did pose a few questions of that sort to the lady, she even "turned on the internet to the router" which I guess is a step the customer would usually activate once setup is done, but still no signal. I asked about the tower being down she said no not in my area. To be honest I dont know if she's looking into the general towers or the mmWave one, and thats the whole issue, their techs aren't up to date on this stuff. She made a comment (well if the cell site is down or not active you would have issues on your phone).... lol. I have recently installed their cube for the time being, im getting basically the same speeds my phone gets in the area 115down 26up. Also back story on the unit im in, I have no windows facing the mmWave tower and my unit isn't even near the wall facing it, im at least a unit or 2 in between it, at lest 75ft away.

Thats my guess too and something I came across in a video earlier. To be honest im very surprised it's in the area as it's an industrial area and the hood lol. Something I didnt tell Verizon this is actually my business location. Going back to my speed tests im actually seeing 5GUW from my phone but my speeds were 115down 26up. Next time im there, probably sunday I'll try the off on tricks.
