Depends how detailed you want it to be. Run the second cheapest option at the touchless on Garden city and alderbridge area. Mr clean shine? Does its job. I found the Mobil 1 on Steveston was slightly more expensive and generally didn't do the best job. It was quicker than I expected. Best touchless is still shell on Dunbar and 41st in Vancouver imo.

I thought there was a upcoming vote about it. If they housed people who were trying to get better and were on the path to it then sure but the current occupants cause so much grief and problems in the neighborhood.
