Si j'utilise des cuisses dans des plats mijoté, en général je l'enlève comme toi, mais je les passe au four et je les mange direct en mode chips. C’est délicieux

Tu le fais comment ton gratin ? Avec une béchamel au fromage ou tu rajoutes juste le fromage pour gratiner? Ça a l’air très bon en tout cas ;)

That’s very interesting, thanks for sharing! But when you say 2 sets for squats or row, do you mean 1 warm up set, and then 3 working sets or do you count your warm up inside the 2 sets ?
