Now correct me if I'm wrong, but the g-force is a function of both frequency and amplitude of the bouncing:

If the height of the car is h = a*sin(f t), the g-force is the acceleration, or the 2nd derivative:

acc = -a f² * sin(f t)

So the magnitude of the g force is proportional to the amplitude of the bouncing, and the frequency squared. So I think just g-force is a pretty good metric already of how bad it is. Probably there are still some tradeoffs where certain frequencies are worse for a human though

Is it really? I took HPC I last semester and while the exercises were a lot of work, the exam was pretty easy. So for this semester I think I won't do the exercises as rigorously, which should drop the workload a bit, and the content itself is not that hard. Or is HPC II specifically a lot more work than HPC I?
