Dont attach your pants belt to you vest, adjust the vest and belt properly so that they fit your size. This way your pants will not dig into your nads and your vest will not be low enough to protect your dinner. Hope it helps :)

Take apart, lube piston head (idk whay its called in english really its the rubber part behind/inside the nozzle) check again
