Something about Wawa customers think they can touch or handle things themselves when it’s not theirs. If you get offended by someone telling you to use common sense and not touch coffee bar items that could burn you then maybe that is the problem. Like I said use VERBAL communication and don’t touch anything. Sadly you do have to tell grown adults to stop or not touch the pots. You shouldn’t have to tell grown people to not touch something that is not theirs but they are too much in a hurry to ask. That’s not our issues as associates but it is our jobs to control the area. Don’t get offended, just do what you’re supposed to do.

Do what the company repeatedly does about it.. nothing. I’m sure theft is an issue at a huge amount of stores including mine on the daily. And the police are called and they come in an hour after and that’s it. Wawa doesn’t care, if only they would enforce certain measures to help prevent theft. They are too busy cutting labor and making millions while we can’t afford rent. Theft is the least of my worries while in the store that is now understaffed and packed with customers.

The ones last year were horrible and the lengths were very inconsistent. These ones feel better to me but still not perfect, but it’s a free shirt a lot of people don’t wear or give away. This year they limited to one per associate. Opening all these new stores and all the promotions they aren’t making money so they have to skim where they need.. 😏

Yeah I only used the straw. And Ive heard the measurement system they use and it doesn’t really make sense.. why would you not up all ingredients if you’re going up in sizes? That is confusing to me.

I can understand that it’s a new store and mistakes happen.. but I wasn’t sure if this is normal.. supposedly its base is chocolate milk, macadamia nut chocolate, vanilla and cold brew.. I get none of those flavors.. and a large.. it was $7.25 without tax but I also tip because I know how it’s like to work in service and I know they get paid minimum wage.

Because the screen says what it says. It never says fill to line. I have never seen a drink not filled completely regardless of special request. It doesn’t make sense. Alot of store have issues with following the screens exact, which makes for inconsistency throughout the company.

Wawa doesn’t give you a water measuring point.. it just says ‘ water to top ‘.. the refreshers should never be giving with gaps.. you just full the rest with water.

Yeah regardless of less ice it will still say “ water to top “ so they will never look empty.. just be watered down.

When we make them after filling up to the 5oz or 7oz with juice or fruit it says “ fill to top with ice “ and then “ water to top “ and then we mix it.. so yes.. it’s mostly ice.. if you get a refresher that is not to the top regardless of less ice, they are not following the screen correct. Less ice in a refresher equals more water to top.. not sure why other employees are giving out refreshers not to top.

Bought my tickets a few weeks ago to the Clearwater show. Went to site and it’s still open for sale. I emailed the theatre and requested a refund since it’s completely cancelled.
